Beat-type overrides — deterministic placement for adversarial test cases
One per line:time type (e.g. 4.59 N). Overrides win over the random mix when a scheduled beat falls within ±0.3 s. Use to reproduce specific failing samples — e.g. the BeatIdentifierTests mis-types at samples 587, 1417, 2453 → times 4.59, 11.07, 19.16 s.
Coupling fraction is the offset of a PVC into the prevailing RR interval. Real fixed-coupling PVCs from a single focus sit around 0.7. Increase jitter to mimic variable-coupling parasystole.
